The short version: MATCHQIP processes your documents on your device. Documents, document contents, analysis results, and validation data are not uploaded to MATCHQIP servers. MATCHQIP does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, or telemetry.
This Privacy Policy applies to the MATCHQIP desktop application and MATCHQIP browser extension.

MATCHQIP is designed to operate locally on your device. The application does not upload your documents or their contents to MATCHQIP servers.
Documents you use with MATCHQIP, including invoices, purchase orders, quotes, and related files, are processed on your device. Analysis results and validation information are also kept on your device.
The MATCHQIP browser extension operates locally as well. Any document or page content accessed by the extension is used only for the functions provided by the extension and is not transmitted to MATCHQIP servers.
MATCHQIP may store information locally on your device to provide its features. This may include documents used by the application, analysis results, validation logs, notes, and application preferences.
This information remains on your device. You can use the application's Clear local data function to remove locally stored MATCHQIP data. You can also export your validation log using the application's Export log function.
MATCHQIP does not use user accounts, analytics, advertising, telemetry, behavioral tracking, or cloud document processing.
MATCHQIP does not send document contents, analysis results, or validation logs to MATCHQIP servers or third-party processing services.
If you purchase MATCHQIP through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the payment transaction. MATCHQIP does not receive or store your payment card details.
Microsoft may provide the developer with information relating to the sale, such as transaction or sales information needed to operate the seller account and manage purchases. Microsoft's handling of that information is governed by Microsoft's own privacy policies and terms.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, name, and the details of your request.
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, and address issues relating to MATCHQIP. We do not use support messages for advertising or behavioral tracking.
MATCHQIP does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, cloud OCR services, AI processing services, or other third-party services to process the contents of your documents.
Microsoft may process information associated with purchases made through the Microsoft Store.
Because MATCHQIP processes document data locally, the application does not transmit that document data to MATCHQIP servers.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and the files stored on it. No software or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
MATCHQIP does not maintain a server-side copy of your documents or analysis data.
Information stored locally by MATCHQIP remains on your device until you remove it using the application's available controls, remove the relevant application data, or uninstall the application.
Information provided through support requests is used to respond to the request and is not used for advertising or profiling.
MATCHQIP is a business and procurement verification application and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to you, you may have rights regarding personal information we receive, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other forms of control over that information.
Because MATCHQIP does not maintain server-side copies of documents, document contents, or analysis results, those materials are generally under your control on your own device.
